Biography

Aneesa Mishal is a Dietitian, Nutrition Educator, and Preschool Educator based in Gujranwala.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Lahore and is the founder of Nutrifix — an online wellness platform where she provides personalised diet planning, one-to-one nutrition consultations, and sustainable lifestyle coaching.

Through Nutrifix, Aneesa helps people with weight management, PCOS, diabetes, and hypertension, with a special focus on making healthy eating simple, affordable, and rooted in traditions — including Sunnah ways of eating. Alongside consultations, she offers a curated range of Nutrifix health products designed to support her clients’ health journeys.

Beyond nutrition, Aneesa is an educator and a Leader in Me facilitator. She has also served for two years as a Female Team Leader with Kaar-e-Kamal and volunteered at medical camps, connecting her interests in teaching, leadership, and community service. She is a member of the Gujranwala Society of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Her mission is to make authentic nutrition education accessible for every home in Pakistan and to serve the community.
