Founder’s Vision

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER

My vision: women’s expertise,
seen, heard and valued.

Over the years, I have met extraordinary women whose knowledge, leadership and contribution deserve much greater recognition. Across Pakistan, women are educating communities, building businesses, improving healthcare, shaping policy and creating change. I want to make it easier for others to discover their work and invite them into the conversations where their expertise can make a difference.

I am developing this platform as an initiative of Balance 360, bringing these women together in one accessible space. It reflects Balance 360’s commitment to women’s economic independence, inclusion and access to opportunity. My hope is that when someone is looking for a speaker, a panelist, a media contributor or a specialist, they can find a woman with the experience and insight they need—and look beyond their existing networks.

My vision is a platform that reflects the breadth of women’s talent: established leaders and emerging voices, women from smaller towns and underrepresented communities, women with disabilities, and Pakistani women contributing around the world. I want that visibility to lead to meaningful connections, professional opportunities and greater influence.

I also hope that a young woman exploring these profiles will see possibilities for her own future. That she will recognise someone whose journey speaks to hers, and feel that her voice and ambitions belong here too.
