Biography

Dr. Faryal Razzaq is a behavioural scientist, educator, trainer and social entrepreneur whose work connects academic research with practical social impact. Her experience spans academia, consulting, training and industry, with a focus on workplace emotional intelligence, ethical behaviour and leadership.

As Founder and CEO of The FEEEL Pvt. Ltd., she leads work on emotional literacy, ethics, empowerment and life skills. Her initiatives include digital educational content and a research-based animated curriculum for children’s emotional literacy. She also works on women’s economic inclusion and mentors startups.

Her scholarship includes academic publications and international conference participation. Her submitted governance roles include board membership of the Society for the Study of Social Problems and Accountability Lab Pakistan. She brings together teaching, research and training to support emotionally intelligent, ethical and resilient leaders.
