Dr. Naushaba Nadeem is an accomplished educationist, academician, researcher, and educational administrator with a PhD in Education and over 30 years of distinguished professional experience in teaching, teacher education, educational management, and public-sector administration. She has served as Additional Director (School Education), District Education Officer, Principal of a girls’ high school, teacher educator at a Teachers Training College for over five years, Director of Certification at NAVTTC, and Principal Scientific Officer/Science Popularization Officer at the Pakistan Science Foundation. She has also served as an academic evaluator for NACTE and contributed to educational research through fieldwork and numerous research publications. Her professional expertise encompasses educational leadership, institutional development, teacher training, curriculum and quality assurance, research, and policy implementation. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, human development, and lifelong learning, she continues to explore opportunities in higher education, research, consultancy, and professional development.
