Biography

Nazia Aziz is an education and leadership development professional with over 25 years of experience in education management, institutional development, professional training and organisational growth. She is the Founder & CEO of Leadspire Pakistan, a consultancy and training organisation focused on leadership development, education consultancy, capacity building and professional excellence. A Certified Professional Coach and NLP Practitioner, she is passionate about empowering women, mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening organisations and creating meaningful opportunities for learning, growth and impact.
