Biography
Shaheen Akhtar is a program manager and certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 15 years of experience leading donor-funded development programmes. Her work includes programme planning and implementation with organisations and partners including the World Bank, KfW, GIZ and Germany, as well as PPAF, HANDS and PAGE Foundation. She currently leads SHECARE at the Foundation for Ageing and Inclusive Development (FAID). She holds a master’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Peshawar.
