Biography
Tania Zaheer is the CEO of Printale.pk, working in Pakistan’s printing industry. She previously served as a senior project manager at Adziv and draws on professional management and volunteer leadership experience in building her business.
Through Printale, Tania promotes opportunities for women in a sector she describes as predominantly led by men. Her approach includes hiring and training women for social media management, customer relations and sales, with flexible opportunities to work from home at the start. She works with a diverse team and collaborates with vendors and startups for outsourced services.
Her areas of expertise include startup development, business growth, client acquisition, relationship management, sales strategy and strategic partnerships. Her experience also includes strengthening a printing business’s social media presence and developing professional networks.
Tania encourages young people to recognise their own potential and sees inclusive employment as part of business development. She welcomes opportunities to share her experience of entrepreneurship, management and creating pathways for women in the printing sector.
